Measuring Our World
GEO-Metrology was established in 2009, as the result of a very positive working relationship between GEO-Instruments and LandMarker Geospatial, to develop the first autonomous application of laser scanning technology for structural monitoring. GEO-Metrology specializes in assisting owners, structural, geotechnical and civil engineers to measure movement, or document existing conditions of structures and the earth. Geo-Metrology focuses on innovative applications to bring value to projects and achieve measurements that were otherwise unobtainable. Combining GEO-Instruments' specialization in automating geotechnical instrumentation with LandMarker Geospatials' surveying and machine control expertise, a new entity focused on 3D measurement applications was formed, GEO-Metrology.
